I also want to thank you for the memory you had put on this note book and the size of the hard drive. I was about to go off base to one of the Computer shops to get more memory and hard drive but you just saved me an extra $300.00 to achieve this.

A note to say Thank You for a very nice notebook which went to my daughter starting her first year of college... she's had it for more than a week now and there seems to be no problems etc. She loves it... Hopefully she'll use it for school work once in a while. When it becomes time for me to actually get one for myself I'll definitely be back.

I want to say bravo to the entire team at USAnotebook. The customer support I received exceeded my expectations! The quality of notebooks is excellent. Custom officials in Ghana did not believe the notebooks are refurbished. They had to bring in an IT official to confirm.
In just one month I have purchased 25 notebooks from USAnotebook. In three months I should be doing over 50 laptops a month. Due to the rather high demand, I have opened a retail store in Accra, Ghana. I plan to expand into Kumasi (2nd largest city in Ghana).
